Refund & Returns Policy 💖

At Boosted Bunny, every item is made especially for you! Because our products are custom-made to order, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.


Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a problem with your order.

You may be eligible for a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your item only if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective, or

  • Your item was made incorrectly due to our error (for example, customization instructions were not followed)

To be eligible, items must be unworn or unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

We may ask for clear photos of the item and packaging to help us assess the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, colour, or design chosen by the customer

  • Incomplete or incorrect customization details provided at checkout

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.


Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges on custom items. If your item qualifies due to damage or an error on our part, we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period 🇪🇺

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you normally have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days.

However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized items, in accordance with EU consumer law.

If your item is eligible, it must be returned in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
