At Boosted Bunny, every order is made especially for you! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will be shipped.
Processing Time ⏳
All of our items are custom-made to order, and some products take longer than others.
Processing times begin only after all designs have been confirmed with the customer.
If design confirmation is delayed or changes are requested, processing times may increase.
Estimated processing times are as follows:

Clothing: 3–5 working days

Gel Badges: 3–4 working days

Bonnet Props: 5–7 working days

Gear Knobs: 2–4 weeks
Processing times may also vary during busy periods, promotions, or holidays.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery times are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched. Boosted Bunny is not responsible for delays caused by:

International Shipping 🌍
We offer international shipping to select countries.
Orders shipped outside of the UK may take longer due to customs clearance and local postal services.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Boosted Bunny is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Boosted Bunny is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package appears to be lost, please contact the carrier directly. We’re happy to assist where possible 💌
