Pink heart tsurikawa Tsurikawa rings were originally for people to hold on to when riding the bus or subway trains in Japan. These rings were stolen from trains by young Japanese gangsters, also known as Bosozokus, and hung from their car's rear bumper. It eventually became a sign of rebellion. • Hang it either inside or outside your car, and remember, the lower it drags on the ground, the cooler it looks! • The ring is made from PVC and the strap is nylon. • Use a screwdriver/ziptie  to install it. • do NOT use as a tow strap, decorative purposes only. 24cm long 9.5cm wide
